This is the second time we have booked this tour with viator - the same tour last year had to be cancelled because of illness. Contact and evidence for insurance purposes were handled superbly. This time the booking process and the redemption of the paper booking was swift and pleasant. The first time we used the tickets the staff were excellent, the process slick and the whole ecperience smooth and we experienced no issues. For future "city" holidays, we would certainly explore what viator had to offer, and if there was a package which suited our needs we would not hesitate to book. Having the tickets helped the smooth entry to museums and landmarks - all the staff who met and helped us were excellent and took any stress out of the relatively short time we were in New York as "tourist ".Quick, swift, excellent - plus the luxuary to tailor make and book from home.

well worth buying city pass

CityPass is good to avoid long lines in major attractions and it serves as a guide on what attractions to see. Me and my girlfriend really enjoyed it! We didn't get to use all of it but still it was worth the time and money!

This pass is your gateway to see all the main attractions in New York City. Although some tickets provide fast passes to these attractions, it may still require you to do some lining up because every other tourist is bound to buy one of these booklets!

Read carefully regarding the Museum of Natural History pass though, it does not grant you admission to the Museum itself, but only to an exhibition.

Rentable et très intéressant pour le billet coupe fils. Il faut prévoir au moins 4 jours sur Manhattan pour pouvoir en profiter

This was an excellent pass to purchase and very reasonable. It was nearly double the price to buy in N Y. We visited 5 places and I also took advantage of the 15% discout available with this at Bloomingdales, but you must take ID aswell. This is my 2nd time using Viator and I would and am recommending them to everyone.

If you like museums and art galleries, the New York CityPass is a great way to visit the major museums in NYC over a 9 day period. Also included is access to a couple of the famous sights (eg Empire State Building) - but carefully check the details to see if this is the Pass for you and whether it offers the options your are looking for. As a visitor to NYC for a week, it offered me good value for money and was cheaper than purchasing individual tickets to each venue. It also allowed me to bypass the long entry and ticket queues. I still had to queue but the line was much shorter than the general entry queue.
